Our flight was delayed by one day due to a late connection.
We sent the flight details to Aircashback and they managed everything on our behalf.
Approximately 2 months later we received directly a refund for 50% of the total amount of the flight tickets. In other words, we received a 50% refund for a one day delay which is a great deal.
